Payment is due at the time of session.  When using insurance, this includes any deductible, co-pay or co-insurance amount as indicated by your specific plan.

Fees

Initial Assessment $180

60 minute session $155

45 minute session $125

30 minute session $90

Insurance

Depending on your health insurance plan it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for outpatient psychotherapy services.

• You will want to ask if you have a deductible.  If so, be sure to ask the amount and if you have met it yet?
• Also be sure to ask if you will owe a co-pay or co-insurance amount.

Payment

I accept cash, check and all major credit cards as forms of payment. 

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
